Accepting Returns
At Zentra Gems, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item in its original condition for a refund or exchange.
Note: Engraving charges and shipping fees are non-refundable.
Non-Returnable Items
Custom-made or personalized products are not eligible for return.
Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration by anyone other than Zentra Gems are not accepted.
Products that are improperly packaged or damaged during return transit may be sent back to the sender.
Return Process
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:
1. Eligibility Window
Return or exchange requests must be raised within 2 days of receiving the item.
2. Condition of Return
- Item must be returned in its original condition, including:
- Original packaging and boxes
- Any included certificates or documentation
3. Packaging Instructions
We recommend using the original shipping box and ensuring the product is securely packed.
Do not mention the word "Jewelry" on the package for security reasons.
Pickup & Processing
Customers are required to send the product back to our provided return address at their own cost using a secure and trackable courier service.
- Please contact us in advance to receive the correct return address.
- Ensure the product is securely packed in original packaging.
- Once we receive your return, our Quality Assurance Team will inspect the item.
- Refunds or exchanges will be processed within 24 hours after successful inspection.
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method or shared bank details.
